Your responsibilities

Bridge the gap between our medical experts and tech team to deliver great features for our clinical users and patients alike.

• Own problem discovery in collaboration with our medical affairs experts, keenly aware of usability, accessibility and clinical safety.
• Produce lean specs, flows, and low-fi prototypes that guide engineering toward shippable solutions.
• Prioritise ruthlessly against outcomes, keep acceptance criteria & traceability tidy, and unblock the team day-to-day.
• Define success metrics, set up analytics events, and share actionable insights with the team.
• Establish and champion scalable product rituals that reinforce our values of clarity, ownership, and care.

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years in Product Management or UX Design in a B2B SaaS context
• Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery, craft wireframes/prototypes, and ship features end-to-end
• Track record of defining and moving product metrics (e.g. activation, retention, NPS)
• Proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout) and an issue tracking tool
• Bonus: Experience in med-tech, digital health, or regulated software (e.g. ISO27001, MDR)

Already residing in Berlin (or within daily commuting distance) and authorised to work in Germany.
